BFF Book Tag

I tried really hard you guys… According to Goodreads I am 76% of the way through The Raven Boys and I was totally planning on doing a review today (since I’m not quite as infatuated with it as Eden, I wanted to post my take on the book!).

Alas, it is 10:30 on a Sunday night and I have to work bright and early tomorrow and the first of the month is the busiest time in the office for me, so I have no hope of finishing the book tonight to get the review posted, keep an eye out for it next Sunday!

I found this BFF book tag on BeeTheDreamer1‘s blog, be sure to check out her blog for some other awesome tags!

CHILDHOOD BESTIE: Which book character would you like to grow up with?

Iseult from Truthwitch. I seriously felt so related to her and saw so much of myself in her that I would have loved to be with her from childhood!

FRENEMY: Which book character would bring out your competitive side?

Aelin from Throne of Glass. I feel like I would be constantly trying to keep up with her, especially since she is always one step ahead of everyone!

THE BAD INFLUENCE: Which character would you want to commit a small act of rebellion with? (Go skinny dipping, sneak into a movie, have a drag race with, etc.)

Alice from Furthermore would be the perfect partner in crime! I feel like I could get lost doing silly things with her for days and not notice!

BLOOD BROTHERS: Which character who you want to be your surrogate big brother/sister? (You can do both if you want!)

Shahrzad from The Wrath & The Dawn. She would be the ultimate big sister. I could only imagine having such a great storyteller as a big sister and I would be more than happy to learn from her lead!

MOTHER HEN: Which character would you want to be by your side when you’re having a bad day to cheer you up?

I’m not sure about cheering me up, but the ultimate person that I would think would be there for me in my time of need would be Laia. She’s such a selfless character and would definitely take my needs and wants into consideration like a younger sister, momma hen.

THE COUNSELOR: Which character would you go to for relationship advice (or) confide a secret to?

Definitely Morrigan from A Court of Mist and Fury, she is just the perfect person for this question, I see her as a brilliant advise giver and I would trust anything that came out of her mouth.

MORE THAN FRIENDS: Who would be your book bf/gf/partner?

Rhysand, Rhysand, Rhysand!

This was such a fun and quick book tag! Please feel free to do it if it interests you! Are any of my answers the same as what you would have answered?
